GME is proudly a 100% Australian, family-owned private company, and has been an industry leader in the RF communication technology space for over 60 years.
For GME, partnering with the McGrath Foundation was an easy decision that not only aligned with their business goals but with their passion and commitment to supporting rural and remote communities around Australia.
Having seen several of their staff members and their immediate families impacted by breast cancer, GME felt drawn to support a cause that they and their staff had a personal connection to.
GME believe it’s also important for businesses to support their local communities and they support the McGrath Foundation through 10% of sales from their pink handheld radios, antennas and microphones. Since 2017, they have raised almost $126,000. This has had an enormous impact on the vital work of the McGrath Foundation and greatly assists us in achieving our mission of ensuring no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.
Not only has the partnership with GME helped the McGrath Foundation get one step closer to achieving our mission, it has also had a positive impact on their business.
“Our partnership with the McGrath Foundation has created a positive impact across our business and customer network. By creating a bespoke range of Pink products, we have been able to build awareness of GME as a brand, as the products are natural conversation-starters. The response from our dealer network has been exceptional, with ongoing support generating additional sales and in-turn, a significant contribution to the McGrath Foundation,” said Tony Crooke, Group Marketing Manager at GME.
We are so grateful for GME’s support and cannot wait to see what the future holds for our partnership.
