What’s On?
Attend a McGrath Foundation event, or visit one of our supporters venues who have turned pink to support people experiencing breast cancer. It’s a great way to help us raise funds and support the McGrath Foundation’s mission to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a breast care nurse. Check them out below.

Pink Test
Every year the SCG turns into a sea of pink thanks to the support of the crowd who come to watch some of the world’s greatest cricketers in action!
This upcoming Pink Test will be an unforgettable experience as Australia take on India on January 3 – 7, 2025. Traditionally Ladies’ Day is day 3 of the Sydney Pink Test, and it has been renamed Jane McGrath Day in honour of Jane, but you can wear your pink any day of the Test to be part of the fun!
“People are not there just to watch the cricket; it’s the reason that we’re all there but I think there’s a feeling, particularly on the third day, that you’re there for a greater cause.” James Sutherland CEO Cricket Australia (2018).
Host your own event
It can be big. It can be small. Just so long as it’s pink! Whether you choose to host a BBQ, bake sale, auction or raffle; a sporting event, or a high tea – the possibilities are endless!
Create memorable moments for your guests
Your patrons already love your venue, they will love it even more knowing their support will go towards helping families experiencing breast cancer.
Here are some simple ideas to pink up and create a memorable experience for your guests:
Pink up your venue with pink decorations – from flowers, napkins, balloons, anything goes as long as it is pink.
Pink up your staff, guests love to see your team having a good time. Ask staff to put on their pinkest outfit and have fun with it.
Pink up menu items – we’ve seen venues pink up hamburger buns, dessert items, create special drinks with a pink twist, and even pink up an entire menu!
Raise funds to support McGrath Breast Care Nurses
Pinking up is a simple and fun way to support the McGrath Foundation.
After you’ve organised your decorations and excited your team, the next step is to plan out your fundraising.
We’ve seen venue teams plan a wide variety of activities to raise funds, including:
Trivia nights
Bespoke brunch or lunch menus
Band nights or ticketed events
High teas
Venue wide raffles
Karma kegs
A barefoot bowls day and BBQ
Food and drink specials
