The Athlete’s Foot, in partnership with the McGrath Foundation, “The Perfect Fit to make a difference”

From the 28 August to the 10 September 2018, The Athlete’s Foot will be donating $5 from the sale of every pair of Women’s running styles sold in-store or online to the McGrath Foundation.

Deena Coleman, Head of The Athlete’s Foot marketing, said the partnership was a natural fit.

“Breast Cancer affects so many families across Australia and many of our The Athlete’s Foot community,” Ms Colman said.

“Our partnership with McGrath Foundation has so many synergies and knowing the importance of exercise to support overall well-being, ties back to our priority of finding the perfect fit to suit any foot shape for all types of activities.”

The Athlete’s Foot is the largest retailer of athletic footwear in Australia and the brand takes pride in finding customers the right shoes for the right foot shape for their intended activity. The partnership will also see all of The Athlete’s Foot owned channels turn pink for the two-week period, including Instagram and Facebook.

McGrath Foundation Ambassador & Director, Tracy Bevan said the partnership was a wonderful example of businesses supporting the McGrath Foundation.

“We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our wonderful partners like The Athlete’s Foot who allow us to continue funding McGrath Breast Care Nurses to ensure that families going through breast cancer have access to this service for free,” she said.

“We’re encouraging everyone to get on board, grab a pair of women’s running shoes and put their best foot forward for breast cancer.”
