The McGrath Foundation were delighted to welcome Australia’s most awarded entrepreneur under 30, Jack Delosa, to our office today, where he delivered an inspiring talk about innovation as part of the McGrath Foundation’s internal ‘Fresh Ideas’ sessions.
Jack is the Founder and CEO of The Entourage, a business which provides assistance to Australian entrepreneurs to build the life and business of their dreams. To date, The Entourage has more than 300,000 members and has had a hands-on role in helping hundreds of early stage businesses create $47.5 million in business value and set up more than 1,200 partnerships with leading international brands.
A good friend of the McGrath Foundation, Jack helped launch Pull On Your Socks in March 2016, an initiative encouraging people to purchase a pair of pink socks and hold a fundraising event to help the McGrath Foundation support families experiencing breast cancer.
Speaking on living a life of passion, purpose and fulfilment, Jack said, ‘Every single thing we do at The Entourage is driven by vision, mission and values.’
‘When it comes to inspiring people, you need to follow your curiosity, follow your joy and ask yourself, what do you love doing?’
McGrath Foundation CEO, Petra Buchanan, was delighted Jack was able to share his insights into leading a successful business with the McGrath Foundation team.
‘What Jack does so well is talk about the importance of innovation and inspiration in creating a place of purpose, which is something that the McGrath Foundation prides itself on, recognised earlier this year in digital fundraising platform, GiveEasy’s second annual Innovation Index where we ranked second by our peers.’
‘We’re incredibly grateful that Jack was able to take the time to visit the McGrath Foundation and share his captivating insights,’ Petra said.
