Does charity chocolate really have zero calories? Come and find out – tickets are now on sale for the iconic High Tea which is held on Jane McGrath Day, Day 3 of the Commonwealth Bank Pink Test, in Sydney on 5 January .
The Sydney ‘Pink Test’ has become the iconic centrepiece of the Cricket Australia and McGrath Foundation friendship. Each year the SCG turns a sea of pink thanks to the support of the Australian and touring teams, fans, CricketNSW, the SCG Trust and CA’s partners. Traditionally Ladies’ Day, Day 3 of the Sydney Pink Test has been renamed Jane McGrath Day and is celebrated with the entire SCG turning into a sea of pink each year in honour of Jane.
It’s an afternoon not to be missed, with guests entertained by media personality Adam Spencer while being treated to an assortment of sweet treats and savoury eats as well as bubbles and wine.
Jane McGrath and best friend Tracy Bevan, Ambassador and Director of the McGrath Foundation, hosted a high tea as one of the Foundation’s first fundraising initiatives. The McGrath Foundation continues to host high teas as a way to connect with supporters and raise funds to place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities across Australia.
