Care changes lives

Matt's story: "Jordan has been a blessing"

“Jordan has been a blessing… you can tell he genuinely cares about how I’m doing.”

Matt’s life changed instantly when a seizure at work led to the discovery of a brain tumour. At 34, with a young family and newborn, he faced surgery, radiation and ongoing chemotherapy. The experience was overwhelming and filled with uncertainty. When he was introduced to his McGrath Cancer Care Nurse, Jordan, everything shifted. Jordan became a constant source of support, helping Matt and his family understand what was happening, answer questions and feel less alone during an incredibly challenging time.
